Blazer (arcade Game)
is an isometric perspective scrolling shooter arcade game that was released by Namco in 1987, only in Japan; it runs on the company's System 1 hardware, and used a three-quarter-view perspective (another one of them is Namco's own '' Pac-Mania''). Gameplay The player must alternate between a tank named "Vanguard" and a helicopter named "Hardy" (and for the tenth and final mission, a hovercraft named "Atlanta"), to kill enemies both on land and in the air. was a Japanese multinational corporation, multinational video game and entertainment company, headquartered in Ōta, Tokyo. It held several international branches, including Namco America in Santa Clara, California, Namco Europe in London, Namco Taiwan in Kaohsiung, and Shanghai Namco in mainland China. Namco was founded by Masaya Nakamura (businessman), Masaya Nakamura on June 1, 1955, as beginning as an operator of coin-operated amusement rides. Shoot 'em ups (also known as shmups or STGs ) are a sub-genre of action games.
