Blake Dean (Home And Away)
Blake Dean is a fictional character from the Australian Seven Network, Channel Seven soap opera ''Home and Away'', played by Les Hill. Blake debuted on screen during the episode broadcast on 26 July 1990. Casting Hill was sixteen and still in school when he was cast as Blake. He had been acting "rowdy" and not attending and felt it was the right time to leave his education behind and join the cast of ''Home and Away''. The character was Hill's first television role. In 1992, Hill said that he enjoyed working on the serial because he had the chance to learn from other actors, especially Ray Meagher who plays Alf Stewart. By which time, Hill had become one of the serial's "biggest stars" and was even earning two thousand dollars from personal appearances. Les Hill (born 1 August 1973) is an Australian actor who has appeared in many Australian television productions including '' Rescue: Special Ops,'' ''Home and Away'' and ''Underbelly.'' Early life Hill was born in the Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick, New South Wales on 1 August 1973 and he has a younger sister named Rebecca. Hill attended Prairiewood High School in Wetherill Park, New South Wales. While at school, he became "rowdy" and was eventually asked to leave. Acting career Hill joined the cast of ''Home and Away'' playing the role of Blake Dean; which Hill said helped him make friends in the acting business. Irene Roberts (Home And Away)
Irene Roberts is a fictional character from the Australian television soap opera ''Home and Away''. She was originally played by actress Jacqy Phillips from her introduction in Episode 887 shown on 29 October 1991, until 13 May 1992 (Episode 1003). Following Phillips' departure, the part was recast to Lynne McGranger, who debuted in Episode 1147, broadcast on 12 January 1993. Irene was initially a recurring character, but on 7 October 1993 McGranger was promoted to the regular cast. McGranger is one of the longest-serving cast members on the show. Finlay "Fin" Roberts is a fictional character in the Australian soap opera ''Home and Away'', portrayed by Tina Thomsen. She made her first appearance during the episode airing on 18 September 1991 and departed on 20 May 1994. Thomsen made return guest appearances in 1996 and 1997. Jessie Bullions portrayed a young Finlay in a flashback in 1997. ''Going Live!'' was a British children's television series that aired on BBC1 from 26 September 1987 to 17 April 1993. It was presented by Phillip Schofield and Sarah Greene.
