Big Noize
Big Noize, also written as Big Noise, were an American rock supergroup, including members of Deep Purple, Rainbow, Ozzy Osbourne, Dio, Black Sabbath, Quiet Riot, AC/DC, Skid Row, Dokken, Kiss and Bon Jovi. Bassist Phil Soussan was the band's only consistent member. History Big Noize was formed in 2006 by singer Joe Lynn Turner ( Rainbow, Deep Purple), guitarist Carlos Cavazo ( Quiet Riot), drummer Vinny Appice ( Dio, Black Sabbath), bassist Phil Soussan (Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Idol) and keyboardist Gary Corbett ( Cinderella, Kiss). By 2008, Corbett was replaced by Teddy "Zig Zag" Andreadis (Guns 'N' Roses, Alice Cooper). The band's setlist mainly consisted of songs by band's that the members had been a part of. The band did some shows at Camp Taji, Iraq for soldiers. Camp Taji , also known as Camp Cooke, is a military installation used by Iraqi and Multinational force in Iraq, Coalition forces near Taji, Iraq, Taji, Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The camp is located in a rural region approximately north of the capital Baghdad. Deep Purple are an English rock band formed in London in 1968. Cinderella was an American Rock music, rock band formed in 1983 in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The band emerged in the mid-1980s with a series of multi-platinum studio albums and hit singles whose music videos received heavy MTV rotation and popularity. Cinderella initially had a glam metal sound throughout the late 1980s before shifting into a more blues rock-based sound during the early to mid 1990s. William Michael Albert Broad (born 30 November 1955), known professionally as Billy Idol, is a British-American singer, songwriter, and musician. He first achieved fame in the 1970s emerging from the London punk rock scene as the lead singer of the group Generation X. Quiet Riot is an American Heavy metal music, heavy metal band founded in Los Angeles in 1973 by guitarist Randy Rhoads and bassist Kelly Garni. The original lineup featured Rhoads and Garni with lead vocalist Kevin DuBrow and drummer Drew Forsyth, though that version of the band was mired in turmoil that would eventually see Garni fired for making death threats towards DuBrow.
