Ahn Sung-ki (born January 1, 1952) is a South Korean actor. One of the country's most respected actors, he has appeared in more than 130 films during his career of over 60 years. Career A native of Seoul, Ahn was the son of a veteran filmmaker and producer and started out as a child actor, appearing in director Kim Ki-young's celebrated film '' The Housemaid'' (1960). He stopped acting in films to concentrate on his studies but was active in theater as a student at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
