Betty Ross
Elizabeth "Betty" Ross (later Talbot and then Banner) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, and made her first appearance in ''The Incredible Hulk'' #1 (1962) as a romantic interest of the Hulk (Dr. Bruce Banner). She is the daughter of Thunderbolt Ross, General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross. Over the years, the character has undergone multiple transformations, including the Harpy and Red She-Hulk (or She-Rulk). The character was portrayed by Jennifer Connelly in ''Hulk (film), Hulk'' (2003) and by Liv Tyler in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film ''The Incredible Hulk (film), The Incredible Hulk'' (2008). John Byrne (comics)
John Lindley Byrne (; born July 6, 1950) is a British-born American writer and artist of superhero comics. Since the mid-1970s, Byrne has worked on many major superheroes; with noted work on Marvel Comics' ''X-Men'', ''She-Hulk'' and ''Fantastic Four''. Byrne also facilitated the 1986 relaunch of DC Comics' ''Superman'' franchise, the first issue of which featured comics' first variant cover.
