HONORIFIC
An honorific is a title that conveys esteem, courtesy, or respect for position or rank when used in addressing or referring to a person. Robert Hillenbrand
Robert Hillenbrand Fellow of the British Academy, FBA (born 2 August 1941) is a British art historian who specialises in Persian art, Persian and Islamic art. He is a professorial fellow of the universities of University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh and University of St Andrews, St Andrews. He was Slade Professor of Fine Art at the University of Cambridge for 2008–09. He gave the 2010 Aspects of Art Lecture. In 2018 during the conference of the Association of Iranian Studies at the University of California, Irvine, the Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded Hillenbrand. Hossein Modarressi Tabataba'i (; born 1952 or 1942) is a leading Muslim jurist and professor of law. Early life He attended the Islamic seminary at Qom where he received a complete traditional Islamic education in Islamic philosophy, theology and law, ending with a certificate of ijtihad, the highest degree in Islamic religious tradition. He also taught there for many years before pursuing his secular education which ended in 1982 with a D. Phil. from Oxford University. Islamic Architecture
Islamic architecture comprises the architectural styles of buildings associated with Islam. It encompasses both secular and religious styles from the early history of Islam to the present day.
