Bernadine Oliver-Kerby
Bernadine Oliver-Kerby (born 14 June 1971) is a New Zealand broadcaster who formerly co-hosted (until December 2019) the breakfast show alongside Jason Reeves on Coast. She has previously worked as a newsreader for both '' ONE News'' and Newstalk ZB. Previously she worked as a sports reporter and was the co-anchor of ''One News'' and a fill-in for other bulletins during the week, including One News at 6pm and Breakfast and late news. She co-anchored One News with Peter Williams. Between February and March 2006 she presented TV Two's ''New Zealand's Brainiest Kid''. Oliver-Kerby also appeared in the TV One documentary, ''Intrepid Journeys''. Her episode documented the lives of the people in Croatia. She was announced to replace Barry Holland as the Newsreader for the Paul Holmes Breakfast, later the Mike Hosking Breakfast. Jason Reeves (radio Broadcaster)
Jason Reeves (born May 1976, Hastings) is a radio broadcaster and television presenter from New Zealand. He currently co-hosts the breakfast show on Coast. He has previously worked for other stations such as Auckland's Classic Hits 97.4, The Edge and for ZM . Career Reeves began his radio career in 1994 at the age of 18 after leaving Karamu High School, and worked on Hot 93FM in Hawkes Bay. He remained there until 1996, when he moved to another Hawkes Bay Station, Xtreme 100. In 1997, he moved to Hamilton to work on the then local station, The Edge, originally on the drive time show, but moved to the breakfast show with Jay-Jay Feeney in 1998. Reeves worked at The Edge as it progressed from a local Hamilton station to a nationwide network station based in Auckland, which happened in late 2001. Peter Williams (broadcaster)
Peter Allan Williams (born 6 March 1954) is a New Zealand former broadcaster and sports writer who worked for the national broadcaster TVNZ between 1979 and 2018. His roles with TVNZ included hosting the ''1 News'' 6pm weekend bulletin and serving as the southern editor of TVNZ Sports in Wellington. Between 2019 and 2021, Williams also hosted the morning talkback programme on Magic Talk, a MediaWorks radio network. Early life and family Williams was born in Geraldine in 1954, the son of Elizabeth Ann (née McLaren) and Allan Huia Williams. He was educated at Waitaki Boys' High School from 1967 to 1971, and then West High School in Corning, New York as an AFS scholar from 1971 to 1972. The AM Show
''AM'' is a New Zealand morning news and talk show that airs on Three and was simulcasted on Magic Talk. It was presented by Ryan Bridge, with news anchor Amanda Gillies, sports presenter Mark Richardson, and social media presenter Aziz Al-Sa'afin. Amanda Gillies was made redundant at the end of 2021. She fills in when needed if no one else is available. It was presented by Duncan Garner until his resignation in August 2021. Bell's Palsy
Bell's palsy is a type of facial paralysis that results in a temporary inability to control the facial muscles on the affected side of the face. In most cases, the weakness is temporary and significantly improves over weeks. Symptoms can vary from mild to severe. They may include muscle twitching, weakness, or total loss of the ability to move one or, in rare cases, both sides of the face. Other symptoms include drooping of the eyelid, a change in taste, and pain around the ear. Typically symptoms come on over 48 hours. Bell's palsy can trigger an increased sensitivity to sound known as hyperacusis. The cause of Bell's palsy is unknown and it can occur in any age. Risk factors include diabetes, a recent upper respiratory tract infection, and pregnancy. It results from a dysfunction of cranial nerve VII (the facial nerve).
