Benaguasil is a municipality in the Valencian Community, Spain, situated in the Camp de Túria ''comarca''. Geography Benaguasil is situated at the left side of the Túria or Guadalaviar river, 25 km from Valencia. Bordering cities: Llíria, la Pobla de Vallbona, Riba-roja de Túria, Vilamarxant and Pedralba. The traditional economy is based on agriculture with onions and oranges as important crops. But industries such as textiles and construction materials are becoming increasingly important. Túria
The Turia or Túria ( ca-valencia, Riu Túria ; es, link=no, Río Turia ; la, Tūria) is a river in Spain, which has its source in the Montes Universales in the mountain ranges of the northwesternmost end of the Sistema Ibérico, Teruel province. From its source to roughly the city of Teruel, it is called ''Guadalaviar'' river. It runs through the provinces of Teruel, Cuenca and Valencia, and discharges into the Mediterranean Sea near the city of Valencia. The river formerly ran through the center of the city but was diverted south of the city to prevent flooding. Camp De Túria
Camp de Túria ( es, Campo de Turia) is a ''comarca'' in the province of Valencia, Valencian Community, Spain. Geography It comprises the lower reaches of the river Turia and its adjacent territories. Borders with the region of Camp de Morvedre and the counties of Horta de Valencia. The south by the counties of Hoya de Buñol, west to the region of the Serranos, and north by the region of Alto Palencia. Loriguilla is an exclave and lies between the ''comarcas'' of Los Serranos and Requena-Utiel. The Falles ( ca-valencia, Falles; es, Fallas) is a traditional celebration held annually in commemoration of Saint Joseph in the city of Valencia, Spain. The five main days celebrated are from 15 to 19 March, while the Mascletà, a pyrotechnic spectacle of firecracker detonation and fireworks display, takes place every day from 1 to 19 March. The term ''Falles'' refers to both the celebration and the monuments (''Falla'', singular; ''Falles'', plural) burnt during the celebration. La Pobla de Vallbona () is a municipality in the Provinces of Spain, province of Province of Valencia, Valencia in the Valencian Community, Spain. History of the shield of La Pobla de Vallbona The shield of La Pobla de Vallbona was mainly created to avoid fraud and mistakes with documents or authorizations that each mayor of the towns of Spain issued. In 1848 the government implied as an obligation to use a stamp (shield) with the goal of not confusing documents. This is when La Pobla de Vallbona decided to use the shield that has been used since 1975. The shield is divided in three parts. Llíria
Llíria (; es, Liria) is a medium-sized town off the CV35 motorway to the north of Valencia, Spain. Known as ''Edeta'' in ancient Iberian times, it is the musical capital of the region. Comarques Of The Valencian Community
The ''comarques'' of the Valencian Community, form an intermediate level of administrative subdivision between municipalities and provinces. They are used as a basis for the provision of local services by the Generalitat Valenciana, but do not have any representative or executive bodies of their own. In 1987, the Generalitat Valenciana published an official proposal for Homologated Territorial Demarcations, ''Demarcacions Territorials Homologades'' (DTH), of three degrees, where the first degree largely coincides with the territorial concept of ''comarca''. Until now, the practice of these demarcations has been limited as a reference to the administrative decentralisation of the different services offered by the Generalitat, such as education, health, or agriculture.
