''Before Everything & After'' is the sixth studio album by punk rock band MxPx, released on A&M Records. The album achieved the band's highest chart position on the ''Billboard'' 200, peaking at number 51. In May and June 2003, the group supported Good Charlotte and New Found Glory on the Honda Civic Tour. Between late August and early October, the group supported Dashboard Confessional on their headlining US tour. "Everything Sucks (When You're Gone)" was released to radio on September 9. In January and February 2004, the band embarked on a co-headlining US tour with Simple Plan. They were supported by Sugarcult, Motion City Soundtrack and Billy Talent. Sugarcult is an American rock band from Santa Barbara, California formed in 1999. The band currently consists of Tim Pagnotta (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Airin Older (bass guitar, backing vocals), Marko DeSantis (lead guitar), and Kenny Livingston (drums, percussion). History Formation (1998-99) Tim Pagnotta met ex-drummer Ben Davis during a cigarette break at school. Davis (who then played bass) and Pagnotta started to play together on a regular basis. Pagnotta met Airin Older in a music class where Pagnotta was copying Older's work. They became good friends and Pagnotta invited Older to join his band. John Philip Shenale
John Philip Shenale (often mentioned as Phil Shenale) is a Canadian composer, arranger, musician and producer based in Los Angeles. Background Shenale was born in Canada in 1951. His family relocated to the United States in the late-1950s. His earliest memories of music consist of hearing his father, an avid lover of classical music, play the violin, cello and mandolin in their home during his childhood. After attending a Latin High Mass at the age of five, he recalls being drawn to the piano in an attempt to recreate the music he had heard during the ceremony. Michael Arthur Herrera is an American singer, songwriter and musician best known as the lead vocalist, bassist and songwriter for the punk rock band MxPx. He is also the frontman of Tumbledown and the bassist of Goldfinger. Early life Herrera was born in Bremerton, Washington to Art and Michele Herrera and is of Mexican and English / Welsh descent. Jordan Izaak Pundik (born October 12, 1979) is an American musician and songwriter. He is a founding member and the frontman of Floridian rock music, rock band New Found Glory, for whom he sings lead vocals and contributes lyrics. The Halo Friendlies were an American all-girl pop punk band from Long Beach, California, United States. After snatching up a guitar in a thrift shop while on her first date with then-boyfriend now-husband Matt Wignall of Havalina/ Matt Death and the New Intellectuals, Judita Wignall made the decision to start a band.
