Basement (2010 Film)
''Basement'' is a 2010 British horror film, starring Danny Dyer and written by Ewen Glass about six friends who are lured into a basement for a sinister experiment. Plot After returning from an anti-war demonstration, Gary (Danny Dyer), Sarah (Kierston Wareing), Saffron (Lois Winstone), Pru (Emily Beecham) and Derek (Jimi Mistry) stop in the country. Derek and Saffron discover a metal hatch in the middle of the forest, and they decide to explore inside. Gary, Pru and Sarah search for their missing friends and follow them into the hatch and find themselves locked in when it closes behind them. Production and release ''Basement'' is the first feature film from Paperknife Productions; a company based at Pinewood studios. Terry Stone's Gateway Films is also involved in ''Basements production. Terry Stone
Terry Stone (born 13 January 1971) is a British people, British actor, film producer and author. Before a career in film, Stone was a rave promoter, and is the founder of One Nation, Garage Nation, and Rave Nation. Biography Stone was born in Brixton, London, and grew up in Putney, Kingston-upon-Thames, Kingston, and Camberley. As a child, his admiration for Don King led him to want to pursue a career into boxing. After visiting Sterns Nightclub in Worthing in the early 1990s, he first became involved in 'flyering' (distribution of Flyer (pamphlet), flyers) for the rave scene before being asked to become involved in a club in Aldershot. From there, he became known as ''Terry Turbo'' and founded the jungle music, jungle and drum and bass ''One Nation'' raves, followed by the UK garage ''Garage Nation'' events and finally ''Rave Nation''. Danial John Dyer (born 24 July 1977) is an English actor and presenter. Dyer's breakthrough role was as Moff in ''Human Traffic'', with other notable roles as Mick Carter in EastEnders, Billy the Limpet in '' Mean Machine'' and as Tommy Johnson in '' The Football Factory''. The May Fair Hotel is a luxury hotel on Stratton Street in Mayfair, London, near the site of Devonshire House in Piccadilly. It opened in 1927 with King George V and Queen Mary in attendance.
