Yaquina River
The Yaquina River ( ) is a stream, long, on the Pacific coast of the U.S. state of Oregon. It drains an area of the Central Oregon Coast Range west of the Willamette Valley near Newport. It rises in the mountains west of Corvallis along the county line between Benton and Lincoln counties. It flows south, then generally west, in a highly serpentine course, past Eddyville, Chitwood, Toledo, and Elk City, and enters the Pacific in Yaquina Bay, a broad estuary at Newport. When sea level was lower than today, the Yaquina River reached to Stonewall Bank, which is split by a rocky channel. Lake Almanor
Lake Almanor is a large reservoir in northwestern Plumas County, northeastern California, United States. The reservoir has a capacity of and a maximum depth of about 90 feet (27 meters). It is formed by Canyon Dam on the North Fork of the Feather River, as well as Benner and Last Chance Creeks, Hamilton Branch, and various natural springs. Creation The dam is 130 feet tall and composed of hydraulic fill. Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Area
Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Area is a 7,000-acre off-road trail system in Harlan County, Kentucky. The trail system is open to All-Terrain Vehicles and all types of Off-Highway Vehicles. The trail system is managed by the Harlan County Outdoor Recreation Board Authority (HCORBA), a 501c4 non-profit board created by the Harlan County Fiscal Court. The trail system receives an estimated 20,000 to 30,000 visitors each year from the eastern United States and Canada. Baileys Creek
Baileys Creek is a stream in Osage and Gasconade counties of central Missouri. The stream flows to the northeast and has a confluence with the Missouri River, three miles northwest of Gasconade. The stream source is at and its confluence is at . The stream headwaters are just east of Missouri Route 89 and north of Mint Hill. The stream flows to the southeast for the first three miles and then turns to the northeast. The stream meanders northeast roughly parallel to Missouri Route N until entering the Missouri River Valley just east of Morrison where it flows under Missouri Route 100.
