Parveen Rizvi, better known as Sangeeta, ( ur, ; born 14 June 1947) is a Pakistani film actress, filmmaker and director of television drama serials. Early life Parveen Rizvi was born on 14 June 1947 in Karachi, British India. Parveen Rizvi's (or Sangeeta's) mother Mehtab Rizvi also had a career in show business. Additionally, Parveen's younger sister, Nasreen Rizvi (professionally known as Kaveeta) is also associated with Pakistani Film industry, cinema. The British-American actress Jiah Khan is her niece. Shahid Hameed ( Punjabi, ur, ), known simply as Shahid, is a Pakistani film actor who starred in many films of the 1970s and 1980s. His first film was Aansoo, released in 1971. He worked in more than 150 films. Shahid quit working in films as a result of sub-standard film production in Pakistan film industry after he worked ZOR which was released in 1998. He made his comeback with film '' Wujood'' (2018) after a hiatus of 20 years. Personal life Shahid's first wife, to whom he has been married for some 50 years, and to whom he remains married, is Begum Munaza Shahid. Agha Ali Abbas Qizilbash (also known as Agha Talish, ur, ) (13 November 1923 – 19 February 1998) was a Pakistani actor who made his debut in 1947 and was mostly known and recognized in Pakistan for playing character actor or villain roles. Talish was honoured by a Pride of Performance award, by the Government of Pakistan in 1989. Life and career Talish was born in Ludhiana, British India in 1923. Sabiha Khanum ( ur, ; born Mukhtar Begum; 16 October 1935 – 13 June 2020), was a Pakistani film actress. She is also known as the "First Lady of Pakistani Cinema", and is often recognized for her role in Pakistani cinema during the 1950s and 1960s. The recipient of the Pride of Performance and Nigar Awards, she debuted in Lollywood films with ''Beli (1950)'', and also appeared in television dramas. Nashad ( ur, ) (11 July 1923 – 14 January 1981) was a film composer and music director of Indian and Pakistani film industry. He composed music for Hindi films in the 1940s and 1950s, credited on-screen under the names Nashad and then later migrated to Pakistan in 1964. Early life and career Shaukat Ali was born in Delhi, British India, on 11 July 1923. He received his early academic education in a local high school in Delhi. He learned to play the flute. He moved to Bombay in the early 1940s. He composed under several names before finally settling for Nashad. Film director Nakshab Jarchavi changed Shaukat Ali's name to Nashad for his film ''Naghma'' (1953). He made his music debut under the name Shaukat Dehalvi in the 1947 action film ''Dildaar''.
