The badminton men's doubles tournament at the 2012 Olympic Games in London took place from 28 July to 5 August at Wembley Arena. The draw was held on 23 July 2012. Thirty-two players from 14 nations competed in the event. China's Cai Yun and Fu Haifeng Fu Haifeng (born 23 August 1983) is a Chinese former badminton player. Ingo Kindervater
Ingo Kindervater (born 1 January 1979) is a retired badminton player from Germany and now the Head of Performance for Badminton Scotland. Career Ingo was the men's doubles bronze medallist at the 2008 European Championships partnered with Kristof Hopp, and in 2010 with Michael Fuchs. In 2012, he qualified for the London Olympics with Johannes Schöttler after gaining 43529.339 points during the qualifying period and reaching 18th in the BWF World Ranking. Vladimir Alexandrovich Ivanov (russian: Владимир Александрович Иванов; born 3 July 1987) is a Russian badminton player. Guo Zhendong
Guo Zhendong (; born 4 August 1984) is a badminton player from China. , he (along with his partner Xu Chen) was ranked within the top 10 male badminton doubles teams in the world. He competed at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games. Career A men's doubles specialist, Guo has played on the world circuit since 2005, mainly in partnership with Xie Zhongbo. They have won the 2004 Polish Open, the 2005 China Masters and the 2008 India Open titles together, and Guo won the Austrian International title in 2007 with He Hanbin. Chai Biao
Chai Biao (; born 10 October 1990) is a Chinese professional badminton player. Chai has concentrated on men's doubles for the majority of his senior career in badminton. His most successful partnership was with Hong Wei: together they reached the year end tournament BWF Superseries Finals in 2014 and 2015. As Hong has since retired, Chai's current partner in men's doubles is Wang Zekang. Career Chai was born in Yanfeng District of Hengyang City in 1990. Michał Andrzej Łogosz (born 23 November 1977) is a Polish badminton player from Litpol-Malow Suwałki club. He was named best sportsman in Płock in 1995. Career Łogosz started playing badminton when he was in primary school, and in 1992, he representing his club at the national league tournament. In 2000, he was selected to join the national team. Łogosz competed in badminton at the 2000 Summer Olympics and in 2004 Summer Olympics, both times in men's doubles with partner Robert Mateusiak. Bona Septano (born 22 September 1987) is an Indonesian former badminton player. He currently works as pilot in Indonesian airlines. Bona Septano concentrates on men's doubles with Mohammad Ahsan. Mohammad Ahsan
Mohammad Ahsan (born 7 September 1987) is an Indonesian badminton player affiliated with Djarum club who specializes in the men's doubles. He is three-time World Champion, three-time season ending finals champion, and Asian Games gold medalist. Maneepong Jongjit ( th, มณีพงศ์ จงจิตร, ; born 21 March 1991) is a Thai badminton player. He studies at Ratna Bundit University. Bodin Isara (born 12 December 1990) is badminton player and Rattana Bundit University's student from Thailand. He competed for Thailand at the 2012 Summer Olympics with Maneepong Jongjit but was defeated in the quarterfinals by Malaysia's Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong.
