The IX South American Games (Spanish: ''Juegos Sudamericanos''; Portuguese: ''Jogos Sul-Americanos'') was a multi-sport event held between 19 and 30 March 2010 in Medellín, Colombia. Alex Tjong
Alex Yuwan Tjong (born 1 March 1991) is a Brazilian male badminton player. He started playing badminton in his hometown in 1997 at age six because his father took him and his brothers to play badminton on a weekend. In 2004, at age 13, he selected to join the Brazil national badminton team. In 2015, at age 24, he competed at the Pan American Games and won a bronze in the mixed doubles event partnered with Lohaynny Vicente. José Joaquín Berrios Corvalán (born November 6, 1967, in Santiago, Chile), is a Chilean–American musician; composer, singer, guitar player, piano player, drummer and record producer. His career expand more than three decades starting with the local underground rock scene in Chile during the second half of the nineteen eighties up to this day with his work as a solo artist. Career He grew up in Santiago, Chile and flew the country in 1992 to study composition at Berklee College of Music in Boston. He graduated in 1995 Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in film scoring, and received his Diploma from that year's honorary degree recipients James Taylor and Natalie Cole. In Boston, he formed the alternative Spanish Rock band, Sofia, with Mexican-American guitarist Joshua Sonntag, bassist Rafols Morales and drummer Raul Ramirez, both from Puerto Rico. Mitchel Arthur Wongsodikromo (born 26 August 1985) is a Surinamese badminton player and coach. He competed for Suriname at three Pan Am Games: 2003 Pan American Games, 2007 Pan American Games & the 2011 Pan American Games. As a very young badminton player of the club T.N.F. (Tan Na Fesi) in Suriname Mitchel Wongsodikromo was an exceptional talent and won numerous juniors titles and was soon selected to represent his country abroad winning several juniors medals at Caribbean, Central American and South American events. Much of his success was with his doubles partner Virgil Soeroredjo. Virgil Soeroredjo (born 11 March 1985) is a former Surinamese badminton player and now coach. He competed for Suriname at the 2012 Summer Olympics. He also competed for Suriname at 3 Pan Am Games: the 2003 Pan American Games, the 2007 Pan American Games & the 2011 Pan American Games. As a young badminton player of the club SCVU in Suriname Virgil Soeroredjo won numerous juniors titles and was soon selected to represent his country abroad winning several juniors medals at Caribbean, Central American and South American events.
