Badimia Vieillardii
''Badimia'' is a genus of foliicolous (leaf-inhabiting) lichens in the family Ramalinaceae. Taxonomy ''Badimia'' was circumscribed by Czech lichenologist Antonin Vězda in 1986 as a segregate of the genus ''Bacidia'', and originally contained six species. The genus was formerly placed in the family Ectolechiaceae or the Pilocarpaceae, but molecular analysis showed that the type species ''Badimia dimidiata'' nested within the Ramalinaceae. This familial placement has been accepted in recent large-scale updates of fungal classifications. Species *''Badimia cateilea'' (Vain.) Lichen Genera
A lichen ( , ) is a composite organism that arises from algae or cyanobacteria living among filaments of multiple fungi species in a mutualistic relationship.Introduction to Lichens – An Alliance between Kingdoms

Lichens have properties different from those of their component organisms. They come in many colors, sizes, and forms and are sometimes plant-like, but are not s. They may have tiny, leafless branches (); flat leaf-like structures (
