''Bad for Me'' is the debut studio album by American country music singer Chayce Beckham. It was released on April 5, 2024, via Wheelhouse. " 23" was issued in January 2023 as the lead single, and became Beckham's first number one hit on the ''Billboard'' Country Airplay chart. Background Bart Butler produced the album, with the exception of "23", which Ross Copperman produced. Beckham wrote or co-wrote nine of the album's 13 tracks, citing influence from the likes of Townes Van Zandt, Blaze Foley, George Strait, and George Jones. Chayce Beckham (born July 16, 1996) is a singer-songwriter from Apple Valley, California, who rose to fame after winning the nineteenth season of the singing reality show ''American Idol''.
