Back To The Forest
is a Japanese anime television special, broadcast as part of Fuji TV's Nissei Family Special block on 3 February 1980. An English language dub was produced in 1989 by Ahmed Agrama's Intersound, Inc., and released on home video in the United States by Celebrity Home Entertainment. It was never shown in the cinema in either country, although the American cable channel Nickelodeon showed it occasionally as part of its weekend "Special Delivery" block. The special was worked by Nippon Animation with production assistance by Madhouse. The special is based on the 1968 children's novel '' Jakobus Nimmersatt'', by German author Boy Lornsen. Plot Many animals inhabit a peaceful forest known as Placid Forest. They attempt to resist, and ultimately must declare war on, some humans who live in a nearby village. The blue jay (''Cyanocitta cristata'') is a passerine bird in the family Corvidae, native to eastern North America. Milton "Milt" Jamin (December 7, 1939January 1, 2018) was an American voice and film actor. He was often known by the alias Milton James. Early life Jamin was born on December 7, 1939 and grew up in Jackson Heights, New York. He attended Lafayette High School and Brooklyn College. Milt then went on to serve in the National Guard in 1958. Personal life and death Milt lived in Los Angeles for 26 years before he returned to New York to be closer to his family. Wendee Lee is an American voice actress, writer, and director. Biography Lee studied dance and theater and later became a full-time dancer in her teens. According to her interview on the ''Magic Knight Rayearth'' DVDs, she started doing voices at school and got in trouble for it. A locket is a pendant that opens to reveal a space used for storing a photograph or other small item such as a lock of hair. Lockets are usually given to loved ones on holidays such as Valentine's Day and occasions such as christenings, weddings and, most noticeably during the Victorian Age, funerals.
