''Family Secrets'' ( tr, Babam ve Ailesi) is a Turkish television series produced by Gold Film and aired by Kanal D from Monday at 20:00, between September 19 and December 12, 2016, in 13 episodes. Written by Onur Uğraş and Murat Uyurkulak, directed by Nihat Durak with artistic direction by Özüdoğru Cici. Plot Kemal is a renowned businessman who lives an enviable life in Istanbul, along with his wife Suzan and sons Mert and Çiçek, whom he loves very much. Ceyda Düvenci
Ceyda Düvenci (born 16 April 1977) is a Turkish actress, who has starred in several TV serials including ''Binbir Gece'' and ''Umutsuz Ev Kadınları'' adaptation of ''Desperate Housewives''. She graduated from economics department in Marmara University and master of Film and Drama in Kadir Has University In 1990s, she started her career as a television actress and presenter. She rose to prominence whie presenting the morning program ''Sabah Şekerleri''. Besides her career in television and on stage, Düvenci has authored a number of children's book based on her daughter Melisa's story, who was treated for cerebral palsy. Kanal D, also known as Channel D, is a nationwide television channel in Turkey and part of Demirören Group. It was founded by Ayhan Şahenk and Aydın Doğan in 1993. The network also runs an international channel, Euro D which is available online, and had the first high definition channel in Turkey, Kanal D HD.
