Brantford Collegiate Institute and Vocational School, also known as "Brantford Collegiate Institute" or "BCI", is a secondary school in the city of Brantford. It is a member of the Grand Erie District School Board, a medium-sized school board in the Province of Ontario. About 1350 students attend BCI. BCI has many sports teams, clubs, and an active Library Learning Commons. Banca Commerciale Italiana (COMIT), founded in 1894, was once one of the largest banks in Italy. Better Cotton Initiative
The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a non-profit, multistakeholder governance group that promotes better standards in cotton farming and practices across 21 countries. As of 2017, Better Cotton accounts for 14% of global cotton production. In the 2016-2017 cotton season, 1.3 million licensed BCI Farmers produced 3.3 million metric tonnes of Better Cotton lint, enabling a record-level of more sustainably produced cotton to enter the global supply chain. Partner retailers include H&M, Gap, IKEA, and Levi Strauss, and include funding partners from USAID. At the end of 2017, BCI had 1,197 members – 85 retailer and brand members, 1,039 supplier and manufacturer members, 32 producer organisation members, 31 civil society members and 12 associate members. Bat Conservation International
Bat Conservation International (BCI) is an international nongovernmental organization working to conserve bats and their habitats through conservation, education, and research efforts. BCI was founded in 1982 by bat biologist Merlin Tuttle, who led the organization until his retirement in 2009. BCI Bus
BCI is a bus and coach importer headquartered in Kewdale, Perth, Western Australia. It was established by former Hino dealer Ron Nazzari in 1991 as a small family-run operation. It initially imported buses from Malaysia, both fully assembled and in knocked down form. In 2006, it moved production to China. In May 2011, BCI opened the 48,000 square metre Xiamen Feng Tai Bus and Coach International factory in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. It sells buses in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Although manufactured in China, vehicles carry Australian Vehicle identification numbers. Ohio Bureau Of Criminal Investigation
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is an investigative law enforcement agency for the U.S. state of Ohio. History The department was founded on July 9, 1921. It began as a minor records keeping facility in conjunction with the Department of Public Welfare. A few years later, it was moved to the Department of Mental Hygiene and Corrections. The Department of Corrections originally housed BCI in the basement of the Ohio State Penitentiary in Columbus, Ohio until a fire and subsequent threat of riot by inmates in 1930 forced a move to the London Prison Farm. During those early years, inmate labor performed most of the work. Archives show these inmates reviewing, indexing and sorting fingerprint records. The Bar Council of India is a statutory body established under the section 4 of Advocates Act 1961 that regulates the legal practice and legal education in India.
