Salahaddin Khalilov
Salahaddin Khalilov ( az, Səlahəddin Sədrəddun oğlu Xəlilov) is an Azerbaijani philosopher. Scientific-pedagogical activity He defended his PhD (Kandidat nauk) thesis titled “Systematic Structural Analysis of Scientific and Technological Progress in the USSR” in 1976.
