Aymaraes Province
Aymaraes Province is the largest of seven provinces of the Apurímac Region in Peru. The capital of the province is the city of Chalhuanca. The province was founded by General Simón Bolívar on June 21, 1824. The provinces of Peru () are the second-level administrative subdivisions of the country. They are divided into Districts of Peru, districts ( es, distritos, links=no). There are 196 provinces in Peru, grouped into 25 Regions of Peru, regions, except for Lima Province which does not belong to any region. This makes an average of seven provinces per region. The region with the fewest provinces is Callao (one) and the region with the most is Ancash Region, Ancash (twenty). Quechua People
Quechua people (, ; ) or Quichua people, may refer to any of the aboriginal people of South America who speak the Quechua languages, which originated among the Indigenous people of Peru.
