Ayane Miura
(born May 8, 1974) is a Japanese model, singer, actress. As an actress she portrayed Sadako Yamamura in the 1995 Japanese TV film ''Ring''. Miura has appeared in several V-Cinema films. In 1996 she appeared in an entry in the popular ''Rapeman Rapeman was a short-lived American noise rock band founded in 1987 and disbanded in 1989. It consisted of Steve Albini (formerly of Big Black) on guitar and vocals, David Wm. Sims (formerly of Scratch Acid and simultaneously of the Jesus Liza ...'' series. Miura's episode, ''The Rape-Man of Edo'' takes the concept of the series into samurai milieu. Sadako Yamamura
, also known as Park Eun-suh () and Samara Morgan, is the main antagonist of Koji Suzuki's ''Ring'' novel series and the film franchise of the same name. Sadako's fictional history alternates between continuities, but all depict her as the vengeful ghost of a psychic who was murdered and thrown into a well. As a ghost, she uses , her most distinctive power and weapon, to create a cursed video tape. Whomever watches the tape will die exactly one week later unless the tape is copied and shown to another person, who then must repeat the same process. The Rapeman
is a Japanese satirical black comedy manga series. It is credited as being created and written by , and illustrated by , and ran from 1985 to 1992. The series was discontinued after 13 volumes. Pink Pineapple produced nine ''Rapeman'' live action feature films (including six sequels and two spin-off films), released between 1993 and 1996.
