Huron County, Ontario
Huron County is a county of the province of Ontario, Canada. It is located on the southeast shore of its namesake, Lake Huron, in the southwest part of the province. The county seat is Goderich, also the county's largest community. The population reported in the 2021 Census for this predominantly agricultural area with many villages and small towns was 61,366 in a land area of 3,399 square kilometres. Mitchell, Ontario
Mitchell is a community in the municipality of West Perth, part of Perth County, Ontario, Canada. It is located at the intersection of Ontario Highways 8 and 23, northwest of Stratford, and north of London. Mitchell is no longer a separate entity. On January 1, 1998, the town amalgamated with the neighbouring Townships of Logan, Fullarton, and Hibbert to form the new Municipality of West Perth. As of 2016, the former town of Mitchell has a population of 4,573 in a land area of ; it has 1,827 occupied private dwellings. In Canada, a separate school is a type of school that has constitutional status in three provinces (Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan) and statutory status in the three territories ( Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut). Stratford Northwestern Secondary School was a Public High School and Middle School in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. In 2020, students from Stratford Central Secondary School were moved to Stratford Northwestern Secondary School, and the school was renamed Stratford District Secondary School. General info Stratford Northwestern Secondary opened in 1963. Its 50th anniversary celebrations were held May 17–19, 2013. In September 2003, following the closure of Juliet Public School and King Lear Public School, Grade 7 and 8 students began attending the newly formed Stratford Northwestern Public School. The school curriculum included unique courses such as cosmetology, horticulture and culinary classes. Exeter is a community in the municipality of South Huron, in the southern portion of Huron County, Ontario, Canada, located approximately 40 kilometres north of London.
