Avet Barseghyan
Avet Barseghyan ( hy, Ավետ Բարսեղյան, ) is an Armenian songwriter and TV host, who hosted the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Yerevan, Armenia, alongside Gohar Gasparyan. Barseghyan has also written several of Armenia's entries for both the Eurovision Song Contest and the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, as well as being the country's commentator since . Hay Superstar / Hye Superstar (Հայ Սուպերսթար) is the Armenian version of the British television hit show ''Pop Idol''. It is a talent contest to find the best young singer in Armenia. Summary Season 1 (2006) Auditions were held in Gyumri; Vanadzor; Stepanakert, Nagorno-Karabakh, and Yerevan. The panel of judges for the show consists of Michael Poghosyan, Egor Glumov and Naira Gurjianyan. The first season was aired on Shant from March to late July 2006, the second season started in November 2006 to early April 2007. Season three ran exactly one year later. After a break of one year, the competition returned with a fourth season from November 2009 to March 2010. The first ever season of Hay Superstar was won by Susanna Petrosyan. Arsen Grigoryan (Armenian: Արսեն Գրիգորյան, born January 20, 1982) is an Armenian actor, singer and presenter. He is known for his diverse roles in the cinema, theatre and in television productions. He plays the persona of Kamil (Armenian: Կամիլ), an Armenian drag queen. Life and career His career began when Grigoryan studied at the Metro Theatre Children's Studio (1995–1997). From 1998 to 2002, he studied at the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinema, while acting at different theatres. Emma Bejanyan (; born 12 April 1984), better known as Emmy () is an Armenian singer. She is considered one of Armenia's most popular and influential singers, being labelled as a "pop princess" and "Armenian pop icon".
