The Automobile License Plate Collectors Association (ALPCA) is the largest such organization in the world. Founded in Rumney, New Hampshire, Rumney Depot, New Hampshire, United States, in 1954 and holding its first meeting/convention in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, North Attleboro, Massachusetts, in 1955. It serves as a way for license plate collectors to trade plates, distribute news, and provide historic information to members. Rumney is a New England town, town in Grafton County, New Hampshire, Grafton County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 1,498 at the 2020 census. Vehicle Registration Plates Of The Northwest Territories
The Canadian territory of Northwest Territories first required its residents to register their motor vehicles and display licence plates in 1941. , plates are issued by the Northwest Territories Department of Infrastructure through its Driver and Vehicle Services branch. Only rear plates have been required since June 1, 1993. In 1970, to celebrate the centennial of the territory, a unique polar bear-shaped plate was introduced. The basic bear shape has been retained ever since, and the plate is now a registered trademark of the Government of the Northwest Territories. The current design, which consists of graphic and material updates, was rolled out on July 1, 2010. Polar Bear
The polar bear (''Ursus maritimus'') is a hypercarnivorous bear whose native range lies largely within the Arctic Circle, encompassing the Arctic Ocean, its surrounding seas and surrounding land masses. Jim Fox (drummer)
James Kent Fox (born August 24, 1947) is a musician best known as the drummer of the James Gang, as well as the band's founder and its namesake. He is the only member of the group to appear in every incarnation of the band. He joined a mostly instrumental Cleveland rock and R&B band called the Starfires while in high school and also remained as a member of its successor band, the Outsiders.
