Australian Survivor (season 6)
''Australian Survivor: Champions vs. Contenders 2'', is the sixth season of '' Australian Survivor'' and the fourth season to air on Network Ten and to be hosted by Jonathan LaPaglia, and was filmed on the Fijian community of Savusavu. The television series is based on the international reality game show franchise '' Survivor''. As with the previous season, the season features 24 contestants divided into two tribes: "Champions", composed of twelve high-achievers who excelled in their fields, and "Contenders", composed of twelve everyday Australians. It premiered on Wednesday, 24 July 2019, and concluded on 17 September 2019 with Pia Miranda named the winner over Baden Gillbert in a unanimous 9–0 vote, winning the grand prize of A$500,000 and title of Sole Survivor. Jonathan LaPaglia (, ; born 31 August 1969) is an Australian actor and television personality. He has hosted Network 10's revival of ''Australian Survivor'' since 2016. As an actor, LaPaglia is known for his roles as Frank B. Parker in the television series '' Seven Days'', Kevin Debreno in ''The District'' and Detective Tommy McNamara in ''New York Undercover''. Steven John Bradbury OAM (born 14 October 1973) is an Australian former short track speed skater and four-time Olympian. He won the 1,000 m event at the 2002 Winter Olympics after all of his opponents were involved in a last-corner pile-up. National Rugby League
The National Rugby League (NRL) is an Australasian rugby league club competition which contains clubs from New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory and New Zealand. The World Memory Championships is an organized competition of memory sports in which competitors memorize as much information as possible within a given period of time. The championship has taken place annually since 1991, with the exception of 1992. It was originated by Tony Buzan and co founded by Tony Buzan and Ray Keene. Shaun Hampson
Shaun Hampson (born 21 March 1988) is a former Australian rules footballer who played 98 games across a 12-year career with the and Richmond Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Junior football Hampson excelled at sport at school, including athletics, swimming and soccer. He did not begin playing Australian football until 2004.
