Broderick Shepherd (born 9 December 1992) is an Australian professional wrestler, best known by the ring name Australian Suicide who is currently working for Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), where he is the former AAA World Cruiserweight Champion. Before arriving in Mexico, Shepherd competed in other independent companies in both Australia and the United States under the name Ryan Rollins. Lucha De Apuestas
Lucha libre (, meaning "freestyle wrestling" or literally translated as "free fight") is the term used in Latin America for professional wrestling. Since its introduction to Mexico in the early 20th century, it has developed into a unique form of the genre, characterized by colorful masks, rapid sequences of holds and maneuvers, and "high-flying" maneuvers, some of which have been adopted in the United States, Japan, and elsewhere. The event took place on October 2, 2016 at Arena Monterrey in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. It was the tenth annual AAA show held in honor of deceased founder Antonio Peña and featured the ''Copa Antonio Peña'' tournament named in his honor won by Pimpinela Escarlata. Triplemanía XXII was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) produced by the AAA promotion. It took place on August 17, 2014, at Arena Ciudad de México in Mexico City, Mexico. The event was the twenty-second annual Triplemanía, which is AAA's biggest show of the year, airing in Mexico as a regular PPV and internationally as an internet pay-per-view (iPPV). He is a former AAA Latin American Champion and AAA World Cruiserweight Champion. He has also worked for Lucha Underground and Impact Wrestling.
