Austin Meadows
Austin Wade Meadows (born May 3, 1995) is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Detroit Tigers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Tampa Bay Rays. Early life and amateur career Meadows grew up in Grayson, Georgia, where he competed in baseball with Clint Frazier. He attended Grayson High School, and led the school's baseball team to the Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia Class 6A State semi-finals as a junior, batting average (baseball), hitting .390 with four home runs, 28 Run batted in, runs batted in (RBIs), and 19 stolen bases. The Tampa Bay Rays are an American professional baseball team based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Robert Chukwudumebi Nkemdiche ( ; born September 19, 1994) is an American football defensive tackle for the Michigan Panthers (2022), Michigan Panthers of the United States Football League (2022), United States Football League (USFL). Wayne Gallman Jr. (born October 1, 1994) is an American football running back who is a free agent. He played college football at Clemson and contributed to win the CFP national championship (2017) before being drafted in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the New York Giants. Punter (football)
A punter (P) in gridiron football is a special teams player who receives the snapped ball directly from the line of scrimmage and then punts (kicks) the football to the opposing team so as to limit any field position advantage. This generally happens on a fourth down in American football and a third down in Canadian football. Punters may also occasionally take part in fake punts in those same situations, when they throw or run the football instead of punting. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. In baseball, a triple is the act of a batter safely reaching third base after hitting the ball, with neither the benefit of a fielder's misplay (see error) nor another runner being put out on a fielder's choice. In baseball, a double is the act of a batter striking the pitched ball and safely reaching second base without being called out by the umpire, without the benefit of a fielder's misplay (see error) or another runner being put out on a fielder's choice. Stolen Base
In baseball, a stolen base occurs when a runner advances to a base to which they are not entitled and the official scorer rules that the advance should be credited to the action of the runner. Home Run
In baseball, a home run (abbreviated HR) is scored when the ball is hit in such a way that the batter is able to circle the bases and reach home plate safely in one play without any errors being committed by the defensive team. A home run is usually achieved by hitting the ball over the outfield fence between the foul poles (or hitting either foul pole) without the ball touching the field. Far less common is the "inside-the-park" home run where the batter reaches home safely while the baseball is in play on the field.
