Attack Of The Wolf King
''Attack of the Wolf King'' is the fifth studio album from Haste the Day. The album was released on June 29, 2010 through Solid State Records. A song from the album, entitled "Travesty" was released on the band's MySpace on May 4. Lyrics for "Travesty" were released on May 21, 2010 on the band's Facebook. The song "Dog Like Vultures" has been played live since early April and debuted April 8 in Evansville, IN. This is the first album to feature new members, Dave Krysl, Giuseppe Capolupo, and Scott Whelan. On the CD's release day, the band played a show in Bloomington, IN, where they performed an extended setlist with all the former members of the band, playing songs from the ''That They May Know You'' EP through ''Attack of the Wolf King''. On June 8 the band released the song "Wake Up The Sun" on their Myspace. On August 10, 2010, CI Records released a 7-inch vinyl single of "Travesty" with two other tracks from the album. Haste The Day
Haste the Day was an American metalcore band formed in Carmel, Indiana in 2001 and signed to Solid State Records. Their name is derived from a lyric in the hymn " It Is Well with My Soul" by Horatio Spafford. The band released an EP titled ''That They May Know You'', in 2002, followed by five studio albums: '' Burning Bridges'' (2004), '' When Everything Falls'' (2005), '' Pressure the Hinges'' (2007), '' Dreamer'' (2008), and ''Attack of the Wolf King'' (2010). The group disbanded in March 2011 but reformed in 2014 and released ''Coward'' in 2015. History Haste the Day formed in 2001 in Carmel, Indiana. The name was discovered by Devin Chaulk who read it from the hymn " It Is Well with My Soul." CI Records
CI Records is an independent record label in Lancaster, Pennsylvania owned by Jeremy Weiss. Originally created to distribute the releases of his band, Stand Up, an early 1990s melodic hardcore band, CI expanded to include releases from bands such as Submachine, Vision, Violent Society, Serpico, and Muddfoot. Weiss also operates a physical record store under the same name in Lancaster. Albums by Jeff Caudill, Sense Field, The Juliana Theory and Jonah Matranga's (of Far, New End Original, Gratitude, and Onelinedrawing) followed after the initial success. Demon Hunter is an American Christian metal band from Seattle, Washington, started in 2000 by brothers Don Clark and Ryan Clark. Giuseppe Capolupo
Giuseppe Capolupo is an American musician who typically performs metalcore. Capolupo has been in bands such as Renfield, Demise of Eros, Haste the Day and Once Nothing, as well as formed his own band, Gypsy and His Band of Ghosts. Capolupo joined The Devil Wears Prada as a fill-in drummer, with the eventual plan of becoming an official member. Background Capolupo began his musical career in 2003, when he became the rhythm guitarist, and co-vocalist for Renfield. After which, he started to perform drums for Demise of Eros. Stephen Keech
Stephen Keech is an American producer, songwriter, and composer living in Nashville, Tennessee. He spent his early years as the vocalist and songwriter for Solid State Records band Haste the Day. He was also the vocalist for New Day Awakening and is the current bassist for As Cities Burn.
