''Atomic Kitten'' is the American debut album by Atomic Kitten. The girl group had previously been successful in Europe, Oceania and Asia and already released '' Right Now'' and '' Feels So Good'', which both went to number one on the UK Albums Chart, however there had not been any release in the United States. It was therefore decided to make an album consisting of tracks from both previous albums. Unlike Europe, Oceania and Asia, the success of Atomic Kitten in the United States was non-existent. Atomic Kitten is an English girl group formed in Liverpool in 1998, whose current members are Liz McClarnon, Jenny Frost and Natasha Hamilton. The group was founded by Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD) members Andy McCluskey and Stuart Kershaw, who served as principal songwriters during Atomic Kitten's early years. The group's debut album '' Right Now'' was released in October 2000 and charted at number 39 in the United Kingdom. Elizabeth Margaret McClarnon (born 10 April 1981) is an English pop singer, songwriter, dancer, television presenter and actress. She is the longest serving member of the girl group Atomic Kitten, with whom she has scored three number-one singles and also two number-one albums. In 2006, she went solo and the group reformed in 2012 as part of ''The Big Reunion''. Jeremy "Jem" Godfrey (born 6 October 1971) is a British music producer, keyboardist and songwriter. In the early 1990s he was a producer at BBC Radio 1, working with many talented producers, before going back to Virgin Radio (where he had had his initial break) to head up the production department. He subsequently worked at Capital Radio before ultimately ending up at Wise Buddhah. Robert Berkeley Davis (born 1 October 1947) is an English guitarist and songwriter. Early career Davis received his first guitar when he was 11 years old and music became a central part of his life. In 1962, at the age of 15, he and Dave Mounts formed a band called The Apaches, with a Shadows sound. He and Mounts continued to work together in several bands, including the Barracudas and in 1964, formed the Remainder. He joined the Mourners who were looking for a lead guitarist and in 1966, changed their name to Mud. Mud Davis was a founding member of the successful late 1960s and 1970s glam rock band Mud. Susanna Lee Hoffs (born January 17, 1959) is an American singer and guitarist, best known as a co-founder of the pop-rock band The Bangles. Hoffs founded The Bangles (originally called the Bangs) in 1981 with Debbi and Vicki Peterson. They released their first full length album '' All Over the Place'' on Columbia Records in 1984. Thomas F. Kelly (born April 16, 1952) is an American musician, best known for his songwriting partnership with Billy Steinberg. Steinberg and Kelly co-wrote numerous hit songs for popular music artists, including five number-one singles on the ''Billboard'' Top 100 chart in the 1980s.
