Atlètic Club D'Escaldes
Atlètic Club d'Escaldes, also commonly known as Atlètic d'Escaldes, is an Andorran football club based in Escaldes-Engordany, currently playing in Primera Divisió. History Atlètic Club d'Escaldes was founded on 20 May 2002 in Escaldes-Engordany joining Segona Divisió the same year. At the end of 2003–04 season the club was promoted to Primera Divisió. During three seasons the club was playing in the top flight until 2006–07 season when it was relegated to Segona Divisió. The club came back in the top flight in 2019 after winning the 2018–19 Segona Divisió. L'Atlètic reached the 2021 Copa Constitució final but lost against UE Sant Julià 2-1. Again the club reached the finals the following season winning the 2022 trophy 4-1 against UE Extremenya. Colours and badge Blue is the traditional colour of the club. Segona Divisió
The Segona Divisió (Second Division), or Lliga UNIDA for sponsorship reasons, is the second-highest level of men's football in Andorra. Former FC Santa Coloma reserve team were renamed UE Santa Coloma for 2007–08 (therefore eligible for promotion) and finally gained access to the Primera Divisió after finishing top place. Penya Encarnada d'Andorra are the current holders, having won the 2021–22 title and earning promotion to the Primera Divisió. Stadiums The Andorran Football Federation organizes the matches of Primera Divisió and Segona Divisió in the stadiums owned by the local federation. Also the federation distributes the stadiums and fields for the training sessions for each team. Víctor Pérez Alonso (born 12 January 1988) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Andorran club Atlètic Club d'Escaldes. Club career Born in Albacete, Castilla–La Mancha, Pérez played his first seasons as a senior in the Community of Madrid, representing amateurs Getafe CF B and AD Alcorcón B. In the 2008–09 season, he competed in the Segunda División B with the latter's first team. In the summer of 2009, Pérez moved to Segunda División with SD Huesca. He played his first game as a professional on 2 September in a 0–0 away draw against Levante UD in the Copa del Rey, and scored his first league goal on 5 December of that year in the 2–1 home victory over Rayo Vallecano. Víctor Manuel Casadesús Castaño (born 28 February 1985) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Andorran club Atlètic Club d'Escaldes as a forward. Club career Casadesús was born in Algaida, Mallorca. A product of hometown RCD Mallorca's youth ranks, he first appeared officially with the first team on 17 April 2005 in a 0–0 La Liga home draw against Valencia CF, and established himself as a useful attacking player in the following seasons. In the second half of 2007–08 campaign, Casadesús served a six-month loan at Segunda División club Real Sociedad, scoring regularly during his stint but not being able to help the Basques ultimately promote to the top flight.
