Atique Ahmed
Atique Ahmed (born 10 August 1962) is an Indian politician who is also notable for being an alleged criminal leader and history-sheeter. He was elected as a member of the legislative assembly from the Allahabad west seat for 5 consecutive terms which is a record. From 2004–2009, he was elected as a Samajwadi Party candidate for the 14th Lok Sabha from Phulpur in Uttar Pradesh. Between the years 1999-2003, he was the president of the Apna Dal, founded by Sone Lal Patel. According to his affidavit in the 2014 elections, he has declared that there are now no cases pending against him. The most sensational murder was that of BSP MLA Raju Pal, who had defeated Atique's brother Ashraf in the 2004 Uttar Pradesh state legislature elections. Ahmed has fought several elections from jail while being lodged under various charges. Atiq Rahimi ( fa, عتیق رحیمی) (born 26 February 1962 in Kabul) is a French-Afghan writer and filmmaker. Life Atiq Rahimi was born in 1962 in Kabul to a senior public servant and attended high school in Lycée Esteqlal. Following the Soviet invasion, Rahimi fled Afghanistan, taking refuge in Pakistan for a year and then relocating to France in 1985 after receiving political asylum. On completion of his studies at the Sorbonne, Rahimi joined a Paris-based production company where he produced seven documentaries for French television, as well as several commercials. Taking time off in the late 1990s, Rahimi embarked on his first writing project. His 2000 Dari/Persian book, ''Earth and Ashes'', was an instant bestseller in Europe and South America. A movie based on this book, directed by Rahimi, was awarded the ''Prix du Regard vers l'Avenir'' at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival. Atiq-ur-Rehman Chishti (born 8 November 1981) is a Pakistani born English first-class cricketer. Chishti is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium-fast. He was born in Lahore, Punjab. Chishti made his Minor Counties Championship debut for Shropshire in 2007 against Berkshire. Atique Islam Choudhury ( bn, আতিকুল ইসলাম চৌধুরী; born 5 May 1963) is an English restaurateur and chef. Early life Choudhury was born in St Albans, Hertfordshire, England. His parents are Dabirul Islam Choudhury and Khaleda Choudhury. When Choudhury was young he set up and ran a tuck shop at school that rivalled the school canteen. Abu Bakr Abdallah ibn Uthman Abi Quhafa (; – 23 August 634) was the senior companion and was, through his daughter Aisha, a father-in-law of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, as well as the first caliph of Islam. He is known with the honorific title al-Siddiq by Sunni Muslims. Abu Bakr became one of the first converts to Islam and extensively contributed his wealth in support of Muhammad's work.
