Astrid Folstad
Astrid Borgny Folstad (31 May 1932 – 21 January 2009) was a Norwegian actress. She was educated at the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre from 1953 to 1956. She made her debut at the National Theatre in 1955, and was employed at Det Norske Teatret from 1956 to 1959 and at the National Theatre from 1959. She had ninety parts in total before retiring in 2003. She also appeared in several films and television series, including ''Kristin Lavransdatter''. From 1970 to 1986 she was a teacher at the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre. She was married to fellow actor Knut Risan. She resided at Høvik. The National Theatre in Oslo ( no, Nationaltheatret) is one of Norway's largest and most prominent venues for performance of dramatic arts. History The theatre had its first performance on 1 September 1899 but can trace its origins to Christiania Theatre, which was founded in 1829. The theatre was founded in 1912, after an initiative from Hulda Garborg and Edvard Drabløs. It opened in 1913, touring with two plays, ''Ervingen'' by Ivar Aasen and ''Rationelt Fjøsstell'' by Hulda Garborg. Its first official performance was Ludvig Holberg's comedy ''Jeppe på berget'', with Haakon VII of Norway and the prime minister of Norway among the spectators. Knut Risan
Knut Risan (19 February 1930 – 1 February 2011) was a Norwegian actor. He was born in Trondheim, and made his stage debut at Nationaltheatret in 1956. He was employed here until 1998, and had guest appearances at the Norwegian National Opera, Den Nationale Scene and Riksteatret. He is remembered for his roles in '' Reisen til julestjernen'' and for the voiceover in ''Tři oříšky pro Popelku'', shown every Christmas in Norway. He was a prolific voice actor, and did many Norwegian dubs of Disney films. Høvik
Høvik is a suburban area in the municipality of Bærum, Viken, Norway, in the Oslo metropolitan area. Mainly a residential area, its population (2005) is 4,311. It is normal to divide Høvik into two parts; Nedre (lower) and Øvre (upper). Høvik has a church, a small shopping area and a railway station, Høvik Station, served by Drammensbanen. Flytoget (Airport Express Train) does not stop at Høvik. Nearby is the Henie Onstad Kunstsenter. There are three schools in Høvik: Ramstad Skole, Høvik Verk Skole and Høvik Skole.
