The Swedish football league system currently has ten levels, with the first five being governed by the Swedish Football Association. Örebro
Örebro ( , ) is the List of urban areas in Sweden by population, sixth-largest city in Sweden, the seat of Örebro Municipality, and capital of the Örebro County. It is situated by the Närke Plain, near the lake Hjälmaren, a few kilometers inland along the small river Svartån, Närke, Svartån, and has a population of approximately 126,000 in the city proper. Swedish Football Division 5
Division 5 is the seventh level in the league system of Swedish football and comprises 47 sections with 9 to 16 football teams in each. The competition There are 47 groups of 9 to 16 teams each representing a local geographical area. During the course of a season (starting in April and ending in October) each club plays the others twice, once at their home ground and once at that of their opponents, for a total of 18 to 22 games depending on the number of teams. The top team in each Division 5 group is promoted to Division 4 and the second placed teams may also be promoted or participate in the promotion/relegation play-offs. The bottom two teams in each Division 5 group are normally relegated to Division 6. Administration The District Football Associations are responsible for the administration of Division 5. Azech SF
Azech SF was a Swedish football club located in Norrköping. The club was named after the town of Azech in modern-day Turkey. Assyriska United IK
Nordic United FC is a Swedish football club located in Södertälje. Background Assyriska Botkyrka FF was founded in 2011 after the shut down of Assyriska FF's reserve team Assyriska FF Ungdom (founded 2008), which was done to many other reserve teams in Sweden, due to changes in loan rules for young players in the country. Before 2008 the club was known as Assyriska Rinkeby IF. Changes in identity have been the norm in recent years with the club being known as Rinkeby AIF up to 2006. Assyriska Botkyrka FF, just as Assyriska FF Ungdom did, cooperated with Assyriska Föreningen. Since their foundation they have participated in the middle divisions of the Swedish football league system. In 2013 the club changed its name to Assyriska United IK and relocated to Södertälje. Division 3 is the fifth level in the league system of Swedish football and comprises 144 Swedish football teams. Division 3 had status as the official third level from 1928 to 1986, but was replaced by Division 2 in 1987. It then had status as the official fourth level until 2005, but was replaced once again as Division 1 was recreated in 2006. The competition There are 144 clubs in Division 3, divided in 12 groups of 12 teams each representing a geographical area. Eskilstuna () is a city and the seat of Eskilstuna Municipality, Södermanland County, Sweden. The city of Eskilstuna had 67,359 inhabitants in 2015, with a total population of 100,092 inhabitants in Eskilstuna municipality (2014). Eskilstuna has a large Sweden Finn population. The town is located on the River Eskilstunaån, which connects Lake Hjälmaren and Lake Mälaren. History Eskilstuna's history dates back to medieval times when English monk Saint Eskil made "Tuna" his base and diocese of the South coast of Lake Mälaren. Saint Eskil was stoned to death by the pagan vikings of neighbouring town Strängnäs, east of Eskilstuna, trying to convert them to Christianity.
