Asif Ali (born 4 February 1986) is an Indian actor and producer, who predominantly works in the Malayalam film industry. He started his film career with Shyamaprasad's 2009 Malayalam Language film, '' Ritu''. During the subsequent years Asif went on to act in critically and commercially successful films including the romantic thriller, ''Apoorvaragam'', the road thriller film ''Traffic'', the romantic comedy film ''Salt N' Pepper'' and the period drama movie ''Ozhimuri'', which got an official selection in the Indian Panorama section of the 43rd International Film Festival of India. Asif Ali (; born 1 October 1991) is a Pakistani professional cricketer playing for the Pakistan national cricket team . In first-class cricket, Asif represents Northern, and he plays for Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League. He is one of thirty-three players to be awarded a central contract for the 2018–19 season by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Early life Asif was born on 1 October 1991, in Faisalabad, Pakistan Before cricket, he used to work as a labourer in an iron foundry. Career Misbah-ul-Haq has played an instrumental role in his development as a cricketer and initially picked him as a power-hitter in the 2011 Super 8 Twenty20 Cup when he was a captain of the Faisalabad cricket team. Asaf Ali
Asaf Ali (11 May 1888 – 2 April 1953) was an Indian independence fighter and noted Indian lawyer. He was the first Indian Ambassador to the United States. He also served as the Governor of Odisha. Education Asaf Ali was educated at St. Stephen's College, Delhi. He was called to bar from Lincoln's Inn in England. Indian National Movement In 1914, the British attack on the Ottoman Empire had a large effect on the Indian Muslim community. Asaf Ali supported the Turkish side and resigned from the Privy Council. He saw this as an act of non-cooperation and returned to India in December 1914. Upon his return to India, Asaf Ali became heavily involved in the nationalist movement. Sardar Asif Ahmad Ali Daula (21 October 1940 – 19 May 2022) was a Pakistani politician who served as the 18th Foreign Minister of Pakistan from 1993 to 1996.
