The Asianet Television Awards (ATA) is one of Asianet's newer ventures. It is a promotional platform of Asianet's TV shows. Since TV actors and actress' lack a strong society like Association of Malayalam Movie Artists, Asianet conducts functions to token their actors, directors, producers and production houses alternatively. Asianet is an Indian Malayalam language general entertainment pay television channel owned by Disney Star (formerly ''Star India''), a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company India. Asianet and its channels are operated by Asianet Star Communications, Wholly owned by Disney Star, the channel is headquartered in Kochi. Asianet HD is the first HD television channel in Malayalam. Neelakkuyil (TV Series)
''Neelakkuyil'' () is an Indian Malayalam-language television soap opera drama directed by Biju Varghese. The show premiered on Asianet channel and streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 26 February 2018. It is the remake of Star Jalsha's ''Ishti Kutum''. This serial is remade into Tamil in the name ''Neelakuyil'' which was being aired on Star Vijay. Neelakuyil is the love story of Adhi and Rani.
