Ashley Walters (actor)
Ashley Walters (born 30 June 1982), also known by his stage name Asher D, is a British rapper, songwriter and actor. He played Ricky in ''Bullet Boy'' (2004), the lead role as Dushane Hill in ''Top Boy'', and Antwan in ''Get Rich or Die Tryin''' (2005). He has also appeared in British TV shows such as ''Grange Hill'', ''The Bill'', ''Holby City'', ''Doctor Who'', ''Silent Witness'' and the 2015 BBC police programme '' Cuffs''. Early life Walters was born in Peckham, south-east London, to Jamaican parents. He was raised by his mother, Pamela Case, a local government officer. Peckham
Peckham () is a district in southeast London, within the London Borough of Southwark. It is south-east of Charing Cross. At the United Kingdom Census 2001, 2001 Census the Peckham ward had a population of 14,720. ''Silent Witness'' is a British crime drama television series produced by the BBC, which focuses on a team of forensic pathology experts and their investigations into various crimes. First broadcast in 1996, the series was created by Nigel McCrery, a former murder squad detective based in Nottingham. Twenty-five series of ''Silent Witness'' have been broadcast since 1996. Sylvia Young Theatre School is an independent school in Marble Arch, London, England. It is a specialist performing arts school named after its founder and principal, Sylvia Young OBE. Outline The Sylvia Young Theatre School was founded in 1972 with part-time classes in East London.
