Artanis Entertainment Group is an American media group specialising in reissues of archival material. The company was founded by Frank Sinatra and Warner Bros. Records to make films and the name comes from Sinatra's surname spelled backwards. The company was reactivated as a record label following Sinatra's death in 1998, releasing several archived live concerts that had been previously unreleased. History Films Artanis Productions, Inc. produced the Sinatra-starring films ''None but the Brave'' (1965) and ''The First Deadly Sin'' (1980), and the TV movie '' Contract on Cherry Street'' (1977). Dean Martin (born Dino Paul Crocetti; June 7, 1917 – December 25, 1995) was an American singer, actor and comedian. One of the most popular and enduring American entertainers of the mid-20th century, Martin was nicknamed "The King of Cool". Martin gained his career breakthrough together with comedian Jerry Lewis, billed as Martin and Lewis, in 1946. The Sinatra Family Wish You A Merry Christmas
''The Sinatra Family Wish You a Merry Christmas'' is a 1968 Christmas album by Frank Sinatra and featuring his children, Frank Sinatra Jr., Nancy Sinatra and Tina Sinatra. The album was released on vinyl LP, reel to reel, and 8-track, and was out of print for decades before being re-released on CD in 1999 by Artanis Entertainment Group. Frank Sr., Nancy and Tina recorded their contributions in the studio together. Frank Jr. was away on tour, and added his singing later to the pre-recorded tracks. The closing song, "The Twelve Days of Christmas", has different lyrics sung by Sinatra's children honoring their father with their gifts to him, with their father singing the final verse and chorus solo. ''Robin and the 7 Hoods'' is a 1964 12" vinyl LP album originally issued by Reprise as No. F-2021. Wrongly assumed to be a true soundtrack album of the film '' Robin and the 7 Hoods'', it was advertised as "Original score from the motion picture musical comedy" which is correct. The film was made in November/December 1963 and the album was subsequently recorded at United Recording, Hollywood, in April 1964. The scene with Frank Sinatra's vocal of "I Like to Lead When I Dance" was dropped, so only the background instrumental can be heard in the film. On October 24, 2000, Artanis Productions, a movie production and licensing company owned by the estate of Frank Sinatra ("Artanis" is "Sinatra" spelled backwards) issued a CD (ARZ-104-2) of the album with some bonus tracks. Samuel George Davis Jr. (December 8, 1925 – May 16, 1990) was an American singer, dancer, actor, comedian, film producer and television director. At age three, Davis began his career in vaudeville with his father Sammy Davis Sr. and the Will Mastin Trio, which toured nationally, and his film career began in 1933. After military service, Davis returned to the trio and became an overnight sensation following a nightclub performance at Ciro's (in West Hollywood) after the 1951 Academy Awards.
