Arsenio Molina Balisacan is a Filipino economist and academic serving as the Secretary of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), the country's independent cabinet-level agency of the government which is responsible for economic development and planning. Prior to his appointment in the agency, he served as the chairperson of Philippine Competition Commission from Feb 1, 2016 to June 30, 2022, also as Philippine Secretary from May 2012 to January 2016 under the administration of President Benigno S. Aquino III.
