Arrillaga Musical College
Arrillaga Musical College was a music college in San Francisco. The school was established and directed by pianist Santiago Arrillaga Ansola, a Basque immigrant. After his death it was run by his son Vincent. Fernando Michelena (1858–1921), a Venezuelan born tenor and the father of Vera Michelena Vera Michelena (June 16, 1885 – August 28, 1961) was an American actress, contralto prima donna and dancer who appeared in light opera, musical comedy, vaudeville and silent film. Music College

Tenor
A tenor is a type of classical music, classical male singing human voice, voice whose vocal range lies between the countertenor and baritone voice types. It is the highest male chest voice type. The tenor's vocal range extends up to C5. The low extreme for tenors is widely defined to be B2, though some roles include an A2 (two As below middle C).
