Arnold Scholten
Arnold Scholten (born 5 December 1962) is a Dutch football coach and former player who works as youth coach at Feyenoord. He played as a midfielder for Den Bosch, Ajax, Feyenoord and JEF United Ichihara (Japan). Because of his white-blonde haircolor, Scholten was nicknamed ''The White Socrates'' after Brazilian playmaker Sócrates. Den Bosch
s-Hertogenbosch (), colloquially known as Den Bosch (), is a city and municipality in the Netherlands with a population of 157,486. It is the capital of the province of North Brabant and its fourth largest by population. 1995 Intercontinental Cup
The 1995 Intercontinental Cup was an association football match played on 28 November 1995 between Ajax, winners of the 1994–95 UEFA Champions League, and Grêmio, winners of the 1995 Copa Libertadores. The match was played at the National Stadium in Tokyo. It was Ajax's second appearance into the competition, after the victory in 1972; moreover, Ajax declined to play in 1971 and 1973, being replaced by Panathinaikos and Juventus respectively. The sixth edition of the Dutch Supercup was held on 16 August 1995 at De Kuip in Rotterdam. The match featured the winners of the 1994–95 Eredivisie, Ajax, and the winners of the 1994–95 KNVB Cup, Feyenoord. This was the third year in a row that the Dutch Supercup involved these two teams. The Johan Cruyff Shield (, ) is a football trophy in the Netherlands named after Dutch footballer Johan Cruyff, also often referred to as the Dutch Super Cup.
