Arne Nøst (born 17 July 1962) is a Norwegian graphic artist and theatre director. He was born in Molde, and is educated as a graphic artist at the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts. He has illustrated several books, contributed to newspapers, and been responsible for decoration of buildings. He was a theatre director at the Rogaland Teater Rogaland Teater is a theatre in Stavanger, Norway. Background The theatre building was built in 1883 on a parcel of '' Kannik prestegård''. Molde () is a town and municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Romsdal. Rogaland Teater is a theatre in Stavanger, Norway. Background The theatre building was built in 1883 on a parcel of '' Kannik prestegård''. It was designed by architect Hartvig Sverdrup Eckhoff, and initially held close to 500 seats. The building housed ''Stavanger Faste Scene'' from 1914 to 1921, and Stavanger Teater from 1921 to 1926. Several changes have been made to the building over the years, including enlargements and modifications in 1951, 1974, 1980, and 2001. Rogaland Teater opened on 9 September 1947. A working committee had been established in 1946, and after subscription for shares and financial support from Rogaland county administration and several of the municipalities in Rogaland, the theatre was established on 6 June 1947. Hanne Tømta
Hanne Tømta (born 21 August 1968) is a Norwegian theatre instructor and theatre director. Career Born in Oslo on 21 August 1968, Tømta is educated at the University of Oslo (from 1987 to 1991), and at the Saint Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy (from 1992 to 1998).
