Arne Henriksen
Arne Henriksen (born 26 February 1944) is a Norwegian architect who has designed many Norwegian railway stations. He worked at NSB Arkitektkontor from 1975 til 1989, and thereafter in private practice. He is a three-time winner of the Houen Fund Certificate for outstanding architecture, awarded by the National Association of Norwegian Architects. Søndre Land is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Land. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Hov. Oppland
Oppland is a former county in Norway which existed from 1781 until its dissolution on 1 January 2020. The old Oppland county bordered the counties of Trøndelag, Møre og Romsdal, Sogn og Fjordane, Buskerud, Akershus, Oslo and Hedmark. The county administration was located in the town of Lillehammer. Merger On 1 January 2020, the neighboring counties of Oppland and Hedmark were merged to form the new Innlandet county. Both Oppland and Hedmark were the only landlocked counties of Norway, and the new Innlandet county is the only landlocked county in Norway. Holmlia Station
Holmlia ( no, Holmlia holdeplass) is a railway station on the Østfold Line. It is located in the Holmlia neighborhood in the Søndre Nordstrand borough of Oslo, Norway. Situated from Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), it features an island platform with two access superstructures. Holmlia is served by the L2, L2x and L21 lines of the Oslo Commuter Rail, providing three to five services per hour. The station opened in 1932. Frognerseteren (station)
Frognerseteren is the end station of the Holmenkollen Line of the Oslo Metro, located in the Marka section of Oslo, the capital city of Norway. It the northernmost station in Oslo Metro, and is the station after Voksenkollen. The line to Frognerseteren was completed on 16 May 1916. The station has two platforms which, like other stations on the Holmenkollen Line, only accommodate two-car trains. The elevation of the station is above sea level, the highest of all the stations in Oslo. The elevation difference between this station and the lowest in Oslo Metro (Stortinget), , is the highest elevation difference within a metro network in the world. The area around Frognerseteren has very little population, but is popular for recreation, with a restaurant and hiking trails or, during the winter, skiing. Slependen Station
Slependen Station ( no, Slependen holdeplass) is a railway station on the Drammen Line located at Slependen in Bærum, Norway. Situated from Oslo Central Station, it consists of an island platform and serves the L1 line of the Oslo Commuter Rail operated by the Norwegian State Railways. It had 900 daily passengers in 2008. The first station at Slependen was located further west and opened on 11 September 1873, a year after the Drammen Line. It was variously known as Slæbenden and Slæbende until it took its present name in 1921. A new station building was erected in 1916 and demolished in 1960. With the doubling of the Drammen Line, Slependen was rebuilt to the east, still on a curve, as an elevated station. This station was designed by Ina Backer.
