Armor (comics)
Armor () is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is a Japanese mutant who enrolled at the Xavier Institute as a teenager and who retained her powers after the events of Decimation. Publication history Armor first appeared in ''Astonishing X-Men'' vol. 3 #4 and was created by Joss Whedon and John Cassaday. Fictional character biography Student at Xavier's Hisako Ichiki is a young girl whose greatest aspiration is one day to join the X-Men. While it was originally thought that Hisako was not a member of any of the X-Men's various training squads, a 2010 handbook entry reveals that she was a member of Kitty Pryde's Paladins squad. Along with her friend and fellow student, Wing (whom, after his death, she later describes as being her best friend), Hisako is attacked in the halls of the Xavier Institute by the alien villain Ord of the Breakworld. Danger Room
The Danger Room is a fictional training facility appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. It first appeared in ''The X-Men'' #1 (September 1963) and was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. The facility is depicted as built for the X-Men as part of the various incarnations of the X-Mansion. Its primary purpose is to train the X-Men, initially using traps, projectile firing devices, flamethrowers, and mechanical dangers such as presses and collapsing walls. These were replaced by holographics, when the Danger Room was rebuilt using Shi'ar technology. It gained sentience in ''Astonishing X-Men'' as Danger. Publication history An obstacle course in which the X-Men train appears in ''The X-Men'' #1 (September 1963), but the Danger Room is never mentioned by name. Predator X is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is depicted as an adversary of Marvel's mutant characters, including the X-Men. Character's biography After learning of Emma Frost's plan to have X-23 leave the school, Cessily Kincaid takes X-23 to Salem Center for coffee to cool Laura down. Facility agents led by the Weapon Plus program (including X-23's former handler Kimura) come for one of them. Laura, believing it is her, begs Cessily to leave, but not before Kimura shoots Cessily with an electric bullet, stopping her from doing anything, and stating that they were actually there for Cessily. After capturing her, Kimura leaves before Laura can recuperate from the grenade blast. At the lab, Cessily questions who they are and what they want but is given no answers. When she replies that her friends will come for her, Kimura informs her that "The Elephant" said the same thing while showing her a picture of his corp ... Iceman (Robert Louis "Bobby" Drake) is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics and is a founding member of the X-Men. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist/co-plotter Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in Uncanny X-Men, ''The X-Men'' #1 (Sept. 1963). Iceman is a Mutant (Marvel Comics), mutant born with superhuman abilities. He has the ability to manipulate ice and cold by freezing water vapor around him. This allows him to freeze objects, as well as cover his body with ice.
