Armonite
Armonite is an instrumental rock musical collective from Pavia, Italy. Their debut record, ''The Sun Is New Each Day'' was produced at Abbey Road Studios and released in 2016. It features Porcupine Tree bassist Colin Edwin. In 2018, Cleopatra Records released their new album, ''And the Stars Above''. They are also noted for their soundtrack covers. The Huffington Post called the band, ''"compelling, captivating, and worth exploring."'' Career Armonite formed in 1996 when its members where still in college. In 1999 they released their first record and soon after broke up. In 2015, the bands founding members, Paolo Fosso and Jacopo Bigi came back together to record ''The Sun Is New Each Day'' with Colin Edwin and Jasper Barendregt. They hired producer Paul Reeve, known for his work with Muse, Steve Harley and The Beta Band. The record was mastered at Abbey Road Studios in London. Colin Edwin
Colin Edwin is an Australian musician, specialising in fretted and fretless guitar, fretless bass guitar, double bass and Sintir, guimbri. Edwin first came to public attention as a member of the British progressive rock band Porcupine Tree, in which he was bass player from 1993 to 2011. Currently, Edwin is a member of Ex-Wise Heads, a long running collaboration with multi instrumentalist Geoff Leigh which mixes ethnic, ambient, and post-modern influences. He is also a member of metal-influenced project Random Noise Generator, and the bands Metallic Taste of Blood and progressive metal act O.R.k., as well as participating in numerous collaborations and releasing solo work. William Omar Landrón Rivera (born February 10, 1978), better known by his stage name Don Omar, is a Puerto Rican reggaeton singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer and actor. Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM) (translation: ''Award-winning Marconi Bakery'') is an Italian progressive rock band founded in 1970 which continues to the present day. They were the first Italian group to have success internationally. The group recorded five albums with English lyrics between 1973 and 1977. During this period they entered both the British and American charts. They also had several successful European and American tours, playing at the popular Reading Festival in England and on a very popular national television program in the United States. Heathen Harvest was an Internet blog devoted to music criticism, music news, and interviews. It focused on underground and post-industrial music, including ambient, heavy metal, gothic, and industrial music. Rush was a Canadian rock band formed in 1968 in Toronto, that was comprised primarily of Geddy Lee (bass, vocals), Alex Lifeson (guitar), and Neil Peart (drums, percussion, lyricist). The band formed in Toronto in 1968 by Lifeson, drummer John Rutsey, and bass guitarist/vocalist Jeff Jones, who was immediately replaced by Lee.
