Armand de Brignac, known colloquially as Ace of Spades, is a French Champagne owned by Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter and LVMH. The brand is produced by Champagne Cattier and sold in opaque metallic bottles. The brand's first bottling, Armand de Brignac Brut Gold, is identifiable by its gold bottle with French pewter Ace of Spades labels. The Armand de Brignac champagnes are produced in a multi-vintage style, and the Brut Gold cuvée is a blend of the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Armand (photographer)
Armenak Arzrouni ( hy, Արմենակ Արծրունի; 1901–1963), who worked under the mononym Armand, was a pre-eminent Armenian Egyptian photographer based in Egypt. He specialized in portrait photography, while carving a lucrative niche market. He became highly sought after by the Egyptian upper class and was the first photographer in Egypt to use photography umbrellas. Biography Born in August 1901 in Erzurum, then part of the Ottoman Empire, he came with his father to Alexandria, Egypt in 1907. At school, he had a passion for drawing. He started working as an apprentice under Nadir, a photographer based in Alexandria. In 1925, he went to Cairo as an assistant to Zola, an Austrian Jewish photographer and renowned portraitist, at his studio in Ard el-Sherif, near Midan Mustafa Kamel street. Herman George van Loenhout (10 April 1946 – 19 November 2015), better known as Armand, was a Dutch protest singer. His most famous song is "Ben ik te min" ("Am I not good enough?"). Armand came to the forefront during the hippie generation and was well known as an advocate of cannabis. Biography His influences were Bob Dylan, Peter Seeger and Woody Guthrie. He started his musical career in the bands Splendour Boys, Shannon Boys and Les Gilets. He launched his first solo-record in 1965. "En nou ik" which flopped. Armand-Désiré de Vignerot du Plessis-Richelieu, duc d'Aiguillon (31 October 1761 – 4 May 1800), was a French military officer and politician. Life and career He was the only son of Emmanuel-Armand de Vignerot du Plessis-Richelieu and his wife, Louise-Félicité de Brehan. In 1788, he succeeded his father as Duke of Aiguillon. Saint-Armand is a municipality in the Canadian province of Quebec, located within the Brome-Missisquoi Regional County Municipality and the Eastern Townships. Armand-Jude River
The Armand-Jude River is a tributary of the north bank of the rivière du Seigneur on the northwest bank of the Saint Lawrence river. This stream flows in the municipality of Les Éboulements, in the Charlevoix Regional County Municipality, in the administrative region of Capitale-Nationale, in the province of Quebec, in Canada. The valley of this stream is mainly served by the path of Saint-Hilarion which goes north to the east side. The lower part is served by the chemin du rang Sainte-Marie which goes up the valley of the Lord's river. Forestry is the main economic activity in this valley.
