Arman Salehi (, born 29 October 1992 in Kalaleh, Golestan Province) is an Iranian volleyball player who plays as a libero for Iran and Shahrdari Gonbad VC. He made his maiden appearance at the Olympics representing Iran at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Career He currently plays for Shahrdari Gonbad in the Iranian Super League. He was included in Iranian squad for the 2021 FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League. The Iran Men's National Volleyball Team is the official national men's volleyball team of Iran. It is governed by the Islamic Republic of Iran Volleyball Federation (I.R.I.V.F.) and takes part in international volleyball competitions. As of 11 September 2022, Team Melli is considered as the second team in Asia, as it ranks 10th in the FIVB World Rankings. Iranian Super League (Volleyball)
The Iranian Volleyball Super League (IVSL) is a professional volleyball league in Iran at the top of the Iranian volleyball league system. It was founded in 1975 as the Pasargad Cup, but after the Iranian Revolution it was renamed to the first Division. In 1997 the league system was revamped and the Iranian Super League was established. Paykan Tehran has won the most titles in the new Super League with 12 titles. History The first season of a national Iranian volleyball league was held in 1975 with 12 teams competing. In 1976 Esteghlal became the champions for the first time, and they repeated this feat in the following season. In 1979 due to the Iranian Revolution the league was canceled. 2021 FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League
The 2021 FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League was the third edition of the FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League, an annual men's international volleyball tournament. The 2021 version of VNL was scheduled to start earlier than the previous edition due to the 2020 Summer Olympics in July. The competition was held between May and June 2021, and the final round took place in Rimini Fiera, Rimini, Italy. Brazil claimed their first VNL title after beating Poland in four sets. France sweeped Slovenia in three sets and grabbed the bronze medal. Both Wallace de Souza from Brazil and Bartosz Kurek from Poland named as MVPs of the tournament.
