Arlo McKinley is an American country singer and singer/songwriter. He has released three albums, the most recent release being ''This Mess We're In'' on John Prine’s record label Oh Boy Records, released July 15, 2022. Early life McKinley was born Timothy Carr in Cincinnati, Ohio. At the age of 8, he began singing at his family's church choir, Bethlehem United Baptist. Career Arlo McKinley was the last artist signed by John Prine and his son Jody Whelan to the independent record label Oh Boy Records. McKinley has shared stages opening for Tyler Childers, Jason Isbell, Justin Townes Earle, John Moreland, Jamey Johnson and more. Matt Ross-Spang is an American record producer, Grammy award winning engineer, and mixer. His credits include such artists as Jason Isbell, Margo Price, John Prine and Elvis Presley. Life and career Matt Ross-Spang, born in Memphis, Tennessee, began working at the Sun Studio when he was just 16, working his way from an intern to the Chief Engineer. Wanting to capture what made Sun Studio great, Ross-Spang championed hard to find, install, and use the same period equipment that Sam Phillips engineered with from the 1950s. John R. Cash (born J. R. Cash; February 26, 1932 – September 12, 2003) was an American country singer-songwriter. Much of Cash's music contained themes of sorrow, moral tribulation, and redemption, especially in the later stages of his career. He was known for his deep, calm bass-baritone voice, the distinctive sound of his Tennessee Three backing band characterized by train-like chugging guitar rhythms, a rebelliousness coupled with an increasingly somber and humble demeanor, free prison concerts, and a trademark all-black stage wardrobe which earned him the nickname "The Man in Black". Rick Steff is a Memphis keyboard artist who has recorded with bands such as Lucero, Cat Power, Dexys Midnight Runners, and Hank Williams Jr. Rick's father is Dick Steff, a trumpet player who appeared on many songs with Elvis Presley, and Dusty Springfield. After beginning his career playing with a variety of Memphis musicians, in the early 1980s Steff moved to England and recorded as the organist for Dexy's Midnight Runners. Wilco
Wilco is an American alternative rock band based in Chicago, Illinois. The band was formed in 1994 by the remaining members of alternative country group Uncle Tupelo following singer Jay Farrar's departure. Wilco's lineup changed frequently during its first decade, with only singer Jeff Tweedy and bassist John Stirratt remaining from the original incarnation. Ken Coomer is an American musician and producer best known for his drumming in Uncle Tupelo and later Wilco. He was the drummer and co-founder of the Nashville-based band, Clockhammer, in the late 1980s/early 1990s. Career Coomer produced the debut solo album of Vaquero's singer Chetes, which achieved platinum record sales in the Mexican music market. In 2017, he produced the debut album of the Colombian indie rock band AppleTree called ''Horas Perdidas'', which was named the #1 Colombian album of 2018.
