Arlene Vaughan is a fictional character from the ABC soap opera ''All My Children''. The character was originated by actress Phyllis Lyons. She portrayed the role from 1990 to 1993. Olivia Birkelund is an American actress, best known for her role as Arlene Vaughan in the ABC daytime soap opera '' All My Children''.
