Ariella Hernandez Arida (; born November 20, 1988), also known as Ara Arida, is a Filipino actress, model, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2013. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2013 competition and placed 3rd Runner-Up. Early life and education Ariella Hernandez Arida was born in Alaminos, Laguna, Philippines to academic personnel Arlesito Arida of Alaminos, and Estella Arida (née Hernandez) of San Pablo. She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Los Baños with a degree in chemistry. Prior to winning the title, Arida competed at Miss Philippines Earth 2012 and was a former Binibining Laguna contestant. She is a member of Iglesia ni Cristo. Mutya Johanna Fontiveros Datul (born April 17, 1992) is a Filipino fashion model, actress and beauty queen who was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2013. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Supranational 2013 pageant in Minsk, Belarus and was crowned the winner. Datul is the first Asian and Filipino to win the title of Miss Supranational. Miss International 2013, the 53rd Miss International pageant, was held on December 17, 2013 at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Alejandra Andreu, Miss International 2008, crowned Bea Santiago of the Philippines at the end of the event. This was the second consecutive year Japan hosted the pageant. The Araneta Coliseum, also currently known by naming rights sponsorship as Smart Araneta Coliseum, is an indoor multi-purpose arena, sports arena that is part of the Araneta City in the Cubao area of Quezon City, Philippines.
